Use To use the products supplied in powder form, simply dissolve them in water, leaving the suspension to rest for 24 hours to allow the various particles to wet their entire surface and cause the release of air bubbles included, ensuring that the clay part absorbs enough water to carry out its action. When using the colors for the first time, it is recommended to pass them through a sieve of at least 1296 meshes/cm², an operation to be repeated for each subsequent use. The density of the liquid color will be proportional to the concentration of the powder and dependent on the specific weight of the color itself. It is difficult to establish fixed dilution standards, since this depends on the application system (brush stroke or spray), the porosity of the support, the thickness you want to obtain and the speed of operation. Generally, the density of use is established with the densimeter that will allow you to bring the color back to the correct density every time you want to use it. This represents the traditional line of overglaze colors to be used to decorate directly on the enamel. They are produced with a fine grain size with a manufacturing process that makes them naturally suitable for brush application. It is possible to customize your colors by mixing the shades together, even dry, and add them to enamels and lead crystallines to obtain original pigmentations.

PREPARATION - APPLICATION - FIRING:

Mix with water, sift and apply with a brush, sponge or pad. Airbrush application for professional use only. Firing temperature: 920°-980°C Some colours may be slightly more refractory than others due to their natural chemical composition, which makes them slightly less shiny in correspondence with accumulations, decoration on enamels that are not very fusible or at particularly low temperatures. Some colours such as Green Ramina may create a surface metallisation effect if applied with excessive thickness. With excessively increased firing temperature the colours increase their fusibility and may tend to sink slightly into the enamel. To better understand the behaviour of the colours, it is advisable to occasionally use cones and rings in the firing oven to check the actual operating temperature.
